Become a Strong Kids Volunteer for the
24th Annual Strong Kids Safe Kids Festival
The festival will take place Saurday, August 23rd at the Chemung County Fairgrounds, rain or shine. As a volunteer, you will be a major asset to your community, you will be exposed to new experiences, and you will meet new people all while having fun! All volunteers are invited to join us in a celebration at the Green Derby as a thank you for their participation. Dinner will be on us!
Sample of Available Volunteer Positions available:
- Set up and Tear down: Help with chairs, tables, tents, agency placement etc.
- Food Booths: Help us sell hot dogs and drinks to festivalgoers
- Agencies/Participants Assistant: Distribute water to participating agencies
- Festival Monitors: Walk among the festival to see if anyone needs a break from their booth or if anyone has any questions/needs anything
- Beautification: Assist in keeping the festival clean and beautiful for all
- Activity Attendants: Volunteers are needed to staff some of the activities at the festival such as the Bobby K inflatables.
